Tudor Mount brings a fresh, modern gastrobar experience to the heart of Tenby, building on years of hospitality expertise. Owners Matthew and Claire Ronowitz, alongside long-standing manager Gill Nicholls, understand the importance of working closely with their team to ensure exceptional quality and attention to detail. Their hands-on approach includes personally training chefs to create well-balanced, beautifully presented dishes, while all front-of-house staff undergo a dedicated training program to guarantee outstanding service.

2007

'Qube'

The restaurant previously known as ‘Pam Pam’ went up for sale. With a prime location in Tenby Square, Matthew Ronowitz jumped at the opportunity and ‘The Qube’ was born.

2010

Tenby Hog Roasts and Qube Catering

Following the success of the restaurant, Matthew and wife Claire set up ‘Tenby Hog Roasts’. This marked the beginning of ‘Qube Catering’.

2016

A Fresh New Face

Despite the restaurant’s undeniable success, Matthew decided to move with the times. Consequently, The Qube underwent a complete refurbishment and became even more popular.

Food, Drink and Hospitality Award-Winners

Nominated for Radio Pembrokeshire’s ‘Food Drink and Hospitality’ Award. More importantly, they won!

2017

Qube Group opened 'The Cove'

Matthew’s younger brother Elliot joined the business and opened ‘The Cove‘ as part of Qube Group.

2018

Best Restaurant in South West Wales Award-Winners

Winners of ‘Best Restaurant in South West Wales’ at the presitigious Food Awards Wales.

2021

Cellar Bar

Qube Group unveiled their new, subterranean cocktail bar, ‘Cellar‘. As well as offering private functions, it also brought a breath of fresh air to Tenby’s bar scene. 

2023

Ronni'z Lounge

Their latest venture, Qube Group has delved into the stylish world of brunch and cocktail culture. Ronni’z offers polished interior design, fashionable menu options and a cosmopolitan feel.

 

2024

Salt + Smoke

Matthew Ronowitz became a director at Salt + Smoke, a local business specialising in smoked salmon. The company has unveiled a new smokery in Tenby, and is on a steady upward trajectory.

A new era begins as Tudor Mount opens its doors in Tenby, transforming the former Qube Restaurant into a stylish gastrobar. Blending contemporary dining with a relaxed, speakeasy-inspired atmosphere, it quickly becomes a go-to destination for locals and visitors alike.
